18px\"\u003e2024年发布的《白三烯受体拮抗剂在儿童变应性鼻炎中的临床应用专家共识》（以下简称《共识》）中，仍然提倡孟鲁司特单药治疗。不过，该《共识》提到，与孟鲁司特单药相比，鼻用激素在改善儿童过敏性鼻炎症状方面，效果更明显。\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 18px\"\u003e此外，孟鲁司特在临床上的过度使用问题也逐渐引起关注。前述药师表示，实际诊疗中，有些医生形成了比较固定的用药习惯，开药时倾向于“多开一点”。比如，将口服抗组胺药、鼻用激素和孟鲁司特同时开出。这种“多管齐下”的做法，一定程度上推高了孟鲁司特的使用量。\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan 18px\"\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_4--\u003e记者注意到，临床上孟鲁司特的超说明书使用比较普遍。2023年发表在《上海医药》的一篇研究中，研究人员随机抽取其所在的四川遂宁中心医院2021年1—12月期间，呼吸科门诊开具的孟鲁司特钠片处方（10
